Graduates from the Master of Arts in Teaching program receive their teaching credential in at least one of the following credential areas:
- Multiple Subject (teaching elementary or middle school)
- Single Subject (teaching a specific content in middle or high school)
- Education Specialist (teaching mild/moderate support needs and extensive support needs in any school)
After receiving a teaching credential, candidates in the MAT program complete their Master’s degree, equipping them to be confident leaders in their schools.
